Together Kathy and Kevin, both of whom are top producing brokers in the Portland Metro Market, have formed Hall Group Properties to create a dynamic duo. The partnership provides exceptional customized service and experiences to all groups and demographics ranging from luxury properties and downsizers to millennials and relocation buyers.
Kathy Hall
Hall Group Properties, long known as Kathy Hall Properties, was founded by none other than Kathy Hall, one of Portland’s all-time top-producing real estate brokers. In addition to being the Hasson Company’s Top Producer for 15 consecutive years, Kathy has over 26 years in residential real estate experience and grew up in the industry immersed in a family of residential brokers. After graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in communications (minor in biology) from the University of Southern California, Kathy spent approximately 15 years in the business world as a professional directing and leading the marketing and public relations efforts of a variety of entities. She completed course work for a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Saint Mary’s College of Moraga, California.
In addition to holding a Principal Broker’s license, Kathy is a Diamond Platinum Member in the Masters Circle, the highest membership available, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, a Certified Relocation Expert, a member of the Portland Metro Association of Realtors and The Wall Street Journal/Real Trends Top 200 Brokers in America. Her most valued accolade is the Five Star Professional, a prestigious award nominated by her many satisfied clients and real estate industry professionals.
Kathy has resided with her family in the Portland area for over 25 years and is passionate about all the wonderful “perks” that come along with living in the Portland, Oregon metro area. She is highly involved in giving back to the community which has become the forever home for Kathy and her family.
Kevin Hall
Since partnering with Kathy in 2013, Kevin has brought a vital new dynamic to the team and has helped take the business to new horizons. Kevin has been a Hasson Company’s Top Producer for the past 5 years and was among Hasson’s Top 10 Producers in 2020. His professional and personal life have given Kevin an intimate knowledge of the local neighborhoods, communities and lifestyles.
Raised in Portland and Lake Oswego, Kevin understands the nuances of the area’s various and diverse micro-markets and what they offer. He attended Riverdale Grade School and Lake Oswego High School, then ventured off to the east coast to attend the University of Hartford. Graduating with honors with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (minor in Accounting), Kevin is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, played Division 1 Soccer and represented Hartford at the NCAA National Leadership Conference. He then spent three years in the business world as a professional working with a local title and escrow company before obtaining his real estate license. Kevin represents both buyers and sellers with a complete hands-on approach. His enthusiasm and energy have played major roles in the team’s recent success.
Kevin and his family, including wife Jessica, their son Welker, their daughters Emerson and Collins, and their golden retriever Lyla, reside in Lake Oswego.
